With a background in improv (Groundlings, S…CLA CASTINGAP) Dija's comedy chops range from subtle and depan to classic slapstick. She is also a classically trained dramatic actor, having studied at RADA (the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts), with Marjorie Ballentine (LA), among many others. Dija holds a strong command over her emotion and physical presence, allowing her to shift seamlessly between both comedic and dramatic roles.
The daughter of French & Libyan immigrants Dija’s performances are tethered by her unique experience as a first generation American. She speaks french fluently, is a skilled physical performer. In addition to on-camera work as an actress, Dija has spent time working as Host, Producer and Documentary filmmaker for PBS/KCET’s SoCal Connected, Hearst Media news and more.
